Each programme has a minimum of 5 workouts per week scheduled, giving you two rest-days to recover. Each week also has an example day of nutrition programmed, which is simple and easy to follow. Here's the big secret.... if you eat and train consistently, you'll see amazing results!

NO! RESURGENT is all about getting you back on track, not making you an Olympian. If you don't hit every workout each week, don't worry about it! Take it steady, do what you can with the time you have, and enjoy the process. You can always go back and do one you've missed!
Most of our plans are gym-based, however there are also home and equipment-free programmes to follow - perfect for when you've been pinged by Test and Trace,.,..
You'll need an understanding of how to workout and look after yourself when following our plans, so for that reason we don't recommend these programmes for beginners. If you're brand new to training, get in touch and we can point you in the direction of experienced Personal Trainers who can help!
